Alice Ntobedzi
Alice Ntobedzi has worked as a Psychologist with people diagnosed with mental health disorders in Community Mental Health Services and Employment Services (clients that require intensive employment and personal support to assist them to make a sustainable transition to paid work).
Alice has been delivering the Adult Mental Health First Aid as an Accredited Instructor since 2007.
Alice’s qualifications include:
- Mental Health First Aid (Adult) Instructor;
- Bachelor of Arts with Honours Master of Psychology (Clinical); and
- National Police Certificate.
As a program instructor and Personal Development Workshop Leader, Alice recognises the value and the benefits that it brings to members of the public, with participants reporting increased knowledge about mental health disorders and confidence in being able to assist others.
Alice has a strong interest in various areas including early intervention and prevention of mental health conditions in addition to educating the community and raising awareness to reduce stigma associated with mental health conditions.
