Ian Hoffmann
Ian originally developed an appreciation for innovative and quality training programs whilst working for Qantas. He has since devoted more than ten years to the design, development and delivery of blended learning packages to the community sector, government and local councils, specifically in the areas of mental health and disability.
Ian currently provides educational design consultancy services to organisations whose role it is to address discrimination and to provide opportunities to those who have experienced disadvantage and barriers to participation in the community. Mental Health First Aid fulfils these goals admirably, and it is therefore a privilege to be a facilitator for this program.
Ian’s qualifications include:
- Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Cert IV in Business Development
- National Police Clearance
Ian’s work in both the community and business sectors adds depth and insight to his delivery of Mental Health First Aid.
